I have been think long and hard on whether I should comment on this
post. I was leaning more towards just ignoring it. but I think my two
cents should be added (not that it is worth much).

I never understood how a simple sign up date makes you better then
anybody else. We are still human and still have the same rights. but I
also think that as the older ones the we have sort of a responsibility
to make the new people feel welcome. They are trying to find there place
here just like us old timer did at one point of time.

I think that some people need to get off there high horse and come down
to the level of us normal people. A date does not make you any more
important then anybody else. The only people that have the right to over
rule is Mike and VC. We are all here for simular reasons. We should all
work together and try to help each other out.

So no matter if you have been here for 6 months or 3 days. We should
welcome everybody with open arms and except them in to the community
just like we accepted you at one time or another. There are no sonority
here. We are all the same just with different time lengths of being on
here.

This is just one persons opinion.

this issue is getting so outdated

It maybe out dated TLW, but it is obviously still a concern with most
people. And it is a problem that was never resolved. And that is what
people are try to do. Is resolve it.

No problem is outdated if it keeps poping up, u cant just sweep it under
the rug and forget it, there is NO escuse for rudeness on anyones
part!!!!!

I'm always nice to the newbies.

my dear friends:
I wasn't clear enough what i meant when i said outdated is that after
all this time we suppose to have gotten over it.
Now it's our duty to welcome the newbies, but it is also up to them to
get into action posting.
Therefore, we can know them the same way we did the first time we got
here.

That is just my opinion. I might be wrong.

its not me!!!! i usually say hi to all the newbies.....
if i can catch up!! even if it is 2 days later or so ..i havent been on
much at all lately... so i know i cant get to everyone...

I think it comes down to this:

There are those who feel JSH is "MY site."

And there are those who feel JSH is "OUR site."

One faction takes a propietary, exclusionsary, entitlement attitude.

The other faction wants everyone to fit in and be accepted by all.

And this is why there is still "clique talk." Oh, it's better than it
was a few months ago. But it still needs work.

And TLW, I couldn't disagree with you more.

The issue of people wanting to be a part of a group and being summarily
marginalized, dismissed and ignored can never be outdated, not so long
as the problem persists.

One thing I've seen consistently, ever since I first saw this issue
raised months ago, is that the only ones who don't recognize and
acknowledge the reality of the problem are the ones who are either
perpetuating or condoning it.

well im with lex on this one...... im not into groups... i have a mind
of my own i dont need "backup". if someone doesnt like what i have to
say that is ok... just as if someone does like what i have to say... we
are all individual and different that is what makes us unique. clicks

referring to the people who were raising the "clique" issue. I feel
that this is a valid topic, it relates to the site as a whole, and I
believe it would be inappropriate to try to quash discussion of this.

In your followup, you wrote, "Now it's our duty to welcome the newbies,

you wholeheartedly on that.

I think we're just attributing different contexts to the word
"outdated." No biggie.

Hummmm well forsure I'm not in any group here. For all know by now I
will and can stand up for what I agree with or disagree and sure don't
need any back up for sure.!! ((humm donn't even
say it Lmao) And yeah I have had my differnce with certain members here
well hell I will admit not certain just one and yeah most knows here
that Iam4u & Me (yes sweet little ole me) have butted heads here more
than one time in the past and the last time was just here lately. But
hey we go head to head in the forums and speak our minds on the thread
in questions. Humm then its over till the next time. Not saying that we
want clash again in the future but hey thats life. We must live with it
and move on.


So Iamn4u I will only say this one time and one time only~!
Lets bury the hatched and the next time we seem to have a problem which
I'm sure we will sooner or later. If we do lets agree to let
Massagetrade be the 3rd party to be the go between and solve the

Now Massagetrade you asked this last time be the go between and if you
will accept for the next time then that is that for now. But now no
matter what if a subject is posted and it is about me in nooooo way am I
saying I will not respond humm not my nature. But if it involves another
member which so far each incident in the past did. I will do my best to
refrain from speaking my mind. Humm I did say my best. lmao But then
that means T must also agree to the same. Which means no post that
either brings up the drama or making an issue of it.


There are a lot of really good people on this site and I have made
several friends here and hope to get to know more. But lately I have
even considrered of leaving. I have pulled back on the posting and stay
more in the e-mails and the shadows most of the time. NOT due to any
certain thing but several things. So anywho have said my peace and
willing to make an effort myself. I have always been one to speak my
mind and will not stop now. I'm just tired of all the bashing and
lashing and Drama it is worse than being in a Day Care with 20 kids and
all having to go to the bathroom at the same time and only 4 toliets. So
if we must start somewhere lets start right here with the ones that have
posted to this thread.

Let us all step up to the plate and help change things one by watching
ourselves and helping otheres. Either Agreed or Not. AS THEY SAY THE
BUCK STOPS AND STARTS HERE.

ONE SUGGESTION I HAVE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEN EACH TIME LETS OPEN A
THREAD CALLED PROBLEM SOLVING TIME AND LETS TALK LIKE TODAY NO GETTING
MAD OR LASHING OUT JUST A GOOD OLE DEBATE TILL WE SOLVE THE PROBLEM OR
FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT!!!
