Obey the Ten Commandments, Go to Church, Read your Bible, Say your Prayers

....then realize
There are only two laws that really count; Love God with your whole Mind, Heart and Soul and your neighbor as yourself.

.... then realize
We are not under the law, but Saved by Grace

....then realize
There has to be more; The Spirit of God must dwell in me and I in God

....then realize
I need to get back to the Commandments,Church, Bible Reading and Prayer

Anyone else on this Merry-Go-Round?

It's not a marry go round, it pretty much boils around this part " Love God with your whole Mind, Heart and Soul"

If you love God with all your heart mind and soul then you'll listen to what God has said to do and not to do. Yes we'll still stumble from time to time cause we are just human, not an excuse just the truth. And that is why God has given us ways to earn forgiveness.

 I think WE ALL,,daily struggle with our thoughts and Prayers,,as to have talked to HIM enough for our wants for others,,and to allow HIM to know how much we love him..
ITs a hard habit,,in this fast pace world of twists and turns..
But we all just make-up,,on what we feel we shorted that day before,,wink, Peace, Love and be REAL,,,,and MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS!

That is why I love reading about King David so much. His life was a real struggle but he prayed daily and asked God for forgiveness. It is a joy to read where he tries to advise his son, King Solomon. When I really get down I read Ecclesiastes; It brings me up. I love this verse:

Psalm 110:1 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

It is easy for me to see the love affair between God and David through David's words in Psalms especially in Psalm 27:1

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Hello, I do agree and it can be a merry go round for some at times, be there and I have brought myself back to my god and I am now content in life thanks to the lord. Everyday is a glorious day.

"And He arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still.
And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm"
(Mark 4:39)

I really like this.
