Forever to be on there own.
Could it really be?
That no matter how much they beg and plea.
There is no one out there for them.
It is as if they were condemned.
Must they wait a lifetime just for someone?
Not realizing there will be no one.
They get up each morning.
As if waiting for some kind of warning.
That maybe it will happen today.
A love will come there way.
As they wait thinking there, time will come.
There hearts finally become numb.
For this is the way things were meant to be.
For love has no guarantee.
That each will find someone to love.
To find the one that seems to fit like a glove.
So should we finally decide?
It is time to put the thoughts of love aside.
For some will never have a husband or a wife.
To always, be there in our life.
Being alone is not the way.
They want to end the day.
As they sit back, they finally see.
This is the way there life was meant to be?
There is no since in trying to pretend.
This is the way there life will be until the end.

would take a sure fire significant other to change that pattern.....
