Plain and simple; with some it is racism, with others it's because they distrust all government (until they need something from it), with still others it's a conservative (any change is bad) ideology vs a liberal (some change is good) way of thinking. Then of course there are those where it is all three.

people just can't be unhappy with his lack of real work

The president doesn't run the country. Congress, the Senate, the Supreme court, Big business, and the Military do.

well, thats subjective,, on what is real work,,,,is anyone actually privy to the DETAILS of each of his days,, what he does or doesnt do,,,,or are we at the mercy of a usually opinionated media to just report the sensational parts?

some people will never believe it ,,,,,,,

The president does not govern by himself. "The president of America is not the government of the US." (Bowles) The government of America is by co-operation and the theory is that the executive, legislative and judiciary should work together in harmony to formulate policy.

ha. i don't debate here or really with anyone who is real. we all have our opinions, opinions which are hard to change face to face and pretty much impossible to change via text on a screen.

you guys see a good guy, i see a smoother talking bush who doesn't take quite as many vacations

If Sec. 4, Article 4 of the Constitution was as important as wanting to give Illegals amnesty, he'd push it like it was O'Bummercare.
Again, not doing his sworn duty!

A persons actions define who he is.I was hearing what Obama was all about for two long years when he was even President.I knew what his policies were, what his beliefs are,his views on abortion, etc. They haven't changed since he became President. This issue also isn't about skin color.I would have donated money and voted for Colin powell or Condelesa rice who I think both could do a outstanding job running this country.

I think it is nonsense to ignore a persons background and uprising no matter what their position is.I have learned a great deal about Obama which are factual by his own admission.I don't like Obama because

1.)I don't think he is qualified.
2.)Has friends that are pro Socialism,Anti American.
3.)Is pro choice including late term abortions.
4.)Thinks America is just another country no better than Mexico.
5.)Ignores and refuses to enforce federal laws concerning Immigration.
6.)Could care less about our Military.
7.)Soft on terrorism including ignoring the fact that all these terrorist are Islamic.
8.)Thinks anyone who disagrees with him should be silenced.

We dont truly know anyone by media snippets of isolated moments in their fifty years of life. I also think you assume alot about what he 'thinks' or 'cares' about. If he is or isnt pro choice,, thats a policy difference and not a reflection on what type of person he is.,, of the eight reasons listed,, not one is actually factual or policy related.
