Hey I`m just going to state that I`m a new member, just to let everyone know, but this question has been bugging me a little and I wanted to hear what others had to say on the subject.

Is it really that big of a turn off when a girl finds out a guy does a drug such as weed? For me I do only natural things like shrooms and lsd and all, but I`m just wondering how many people really find that unattractive.

Also if you do find it unattractive would you feel the same way as if the person drank alcohol? Or is it all mind altering substances in general?

to me, it would seem like one of those big issues. such as religion or politics. just something you'll probably need to be compatible on. not everyone likes it, not everyone hates it. your partner should be on the same page though.

LSD isn't natural, but...where do you get it? So far I've only been able to find acid that kills you.

Anyway, there are some that it is a turn-off and others that don't care. With a dating pool of at least a million you have to figure some won't like it and some will. I've personally never had a problem, but all I do is drink and smoke weed, but I have done just about every drug known to man.

yeah, everyone is really different as to which things they demonize and which they let slide. I , personally, dont care if someone smokes weed, as long as it doesnt CONSUME their life and they dont do it around me....

I would much rather be around someone who was high than drunk though, I have experienced both. The high makes people slow and a little funny, the drink makes them loud and obnoxious or loose or whiny,,,,all very unattractive traits to me.

i agree lsd isent natural that is a very dangerious drug
in fact a old neighbor of mine knew someone yrs prior that was on that drug as where he ended up pulling his freaken eyes out.
do you call that natural.. i dont think so.
i used to smoke pot my younger days and im sure most of us did. but thats not my thing anymore.. i cant even stand the smell of smoke

Yes, weed IS a turn-off ... but if it turns you on ... it won't be my car them nice policemens types are gonna wanna search ...

I find it a turn off. I dont like the smell or the new promotion of medical marijuana. I see it also as smoking cigarettes. But they have their own free will to smoke it.

LSD isn't that bad, not LSD's fault that it can't take into account previous mental conditions.

lol I messed up on that with lsd I was just writing stuff down, its been a long day and I`m a bit tired lol.

To me, no ... to others, yeah. Some people absolutely refuse to date someone who smokes cigarettes and those are legal. Some people think those who smoke pot are unmotivated or losers. But those same people probably have NO IDEA how many people in their lives actually smoke pot and just aren't vocal about it. When I was younger I didn't care at all how many people knew I was a stoner... I guess I was actually proud? Ah yes to be a teenager
Then when I got a bit older and was holding down a more professional job I decided to keep it to myself. I would tell people in my personal life when it became relavent but I prefered them to get to know me a bit first so they wouldn't pass judgement right away. I don't smoke anymore but people who do don't bother me. Just keep it under control (ie don't let it take over your life, like any substance) and don't flaunt it.

No s***?! I travel around a lot as well but I've never found LSD, I'm in Colorado right now so I think I have a good shot at getting something good...but so far I've been to California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Wyoming (used to have good LSD), Utah, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Iowa, and Washington state...and still haven't found s*** for good LSD, haha!

some of the hardest working people out there working the hardest jobs are people who smoke pot in their downtime

And to touch on the subject of the other drugs... I did those when I was young and didn't have much in the way of responsibility. Seems like you probably don't either. As you get older those things will become less important.... and if you continue to do them as you get older it will probably prevent you from accomplishing things and moving forward in your life (growing up) I am speaking from personal experience.

Really depends on what you want to accomplish though. I've found as a writer that drugs actually add to the element and can make you amazing amounts of money.

It depends on the situation and the person everyone is different. Some females will be turned off to this others will not care and others will like the fact that your using substances. Was there something more specific you wanted to know?

There isn't a clear answer here every persons opinion is going to be different on this.

Me personally I am not attracted to heavy drug users who have real problems they need to deal with. I actually feel sorry for people who need to deal with those problems. I do want anyone who is struggling with drug problems to be able to handle it in whatever way they can. I am drug free and only drink socially. I would like to add that my partner can be into drugs I actually would not care as long as they keep it under control... yet i'm not going to do drugs and it would hurt the relationship if she were to start having serious issues with them. It just isn't part of my personality to be high maintenance or to deal with lots of drama/maintenance.

there is a high school i went to and yrs prior they had a field in the back of the school before they built the houses
and in the field they had wild scrooms. well of course the people that smoked pot knew about them
and a olf bf of mine when i was 16 knew about it. and of course him and few others used to skip school and go to the field and pick the scooms... they had a hay day of time untill the principle found out and he had it spayed and then the houses were built and there was nothing to worry about


only drug that i ever touched was pot.. and i quit smoking that crap about 15yrs ago. dont need it

Lol, I know a guy who moved down here from arizona, he did alot of raves and got alotta good LSD. So try going out their and find a rave lol.

Yeah, in 2000 there was a massive raid on a large farm that produced about 80% of the acid in the United States...completly killed off the good acid that you could get. I'm still looking though, it is the one drug I would like to do before I die.
