Lmao!, trust me I take my time when it comes to that. But seriously I'd rather talk to person and get to know them. Anyone can write a profile and say everything you want to hear but once you talk to someone you can get a better feel for their personality. But thanks that was a funny post :P

yeah i get what you mean but i think maybe having a more complete profile will compel people to communicate with you? also you can save some time by turning away in advance people that just wont fit with you...

anyway thats just what I think and I haven't met anyone from an online anything yet so don't take my word for it!!

If a person can't take the time and invest in a nicely written, informative profile then he or she probably won't invest time in a relationship.

Boring, incomplete or thoughtless profiles are a turn off. Think about it – if a profile is a reflection of you – then what does that say about you?

If don't offer something to inspire conversation, how will the person know if they have anything in common with you to initiate a conversation?

I want to know upfront if someone has "deal breakers" that are part of his life. Smokers, hunters, bodies in their basement, living with mom, criminal history, guys with kids, too short, out of shape, Star Wars fans, etc, are things I am not interest in!
