This won't win me any friends but who cares.. Grab a Portuguese roll Cut it in half spread butter on one half spread liverwurst over the butter put cucumber rings on it peppers, cut up the long way a few tomato rings Put the other half on top of it. Done! Except for the cucumber part I think this sounds great. I love liverwurst. Yep. Can't do the cucumbers but add a little onion..... |

used to be the philly cheese steak.. though i dont know anymore been on a diet for so long lol!.. i did have a hambuger the other day and used to like them.. now they are nasty!

Hmmmm, This has to be a tossup between a Philly Cheesesteak or a Corned Beef Special with coleslaw and thousand island dressing on some great rye bread.

Years ago I would have said Philly cheese steak. But I love a Lobster roll sandwich. Take a New England style hot dog roll and lightly butter the outsides and toast in a frying pan (on a regular hot dog roll do the same except on the insides of the roll). Mix mayonaise with just enough minced celery to think maybe you can taste the celery then add it to the lobster meat (just enough to stick the lobster together. Then overstuff the hotdog roll with the lobster meat. MMMMmmm...it's the best, keep it simple. Oh yea, and if you don't mind the extra calories, You can always drizzle extra melted butter on the hot dog roll before you add the lobster.
