You know us damn fitness trainers! No carbs; starches; low sugars; low fat; no fried food or oils. To boot, I am a vegetarian and I also follow a macrobiotic diet (yin/yang foods). I eat foods in their natural state - nothing processed or frozen - rarely canned. I do treat myself about twice a month though! I love Hooters pile of tater tots with hot wing sauce and sour cream and a pitcher of beer! My father and mother were both of southern upbringing, and I was raised on a 20 acre ranch. My childhood was filled with bacon, sausage and biscuits, gravy, fried foods and everything southern. I don't know how I survived! |
