As for the law, it is still racist and they haven't taken it out of the bill with the changes. You claim. Where is the link to back that up? Show us, please, what Lawyer has shown evidence of your claim and what Judge has ruled it to be as you claim. Or, is it just your personal opinion? |

If you suspect Illegals are working, the county code enforcer has the legal right to detain suspected illegals. They do that when they check employee status,(part of code work).
If it's a restaurant, look for grease stains, dirty restrooms, on a buffet line, food spills, rat droppings, insects, live or dead, preparers not wearing hair nets. Again, take pictures with your cell phone and get a copy of the written report you make with Code Enforcement. If they don't act, you have what you need to submit the lack of response to your mayor and News sources. You will know if there was no action if you visit the establishment a week later and the evidence is still present. Might even, just to get action, send your evidence to the media anyway. Especially if your town is known for looking the other way. |

I am a democrat through registration only. I am an individual first. There is NOONE democrat or republican or other,, with whom I agree with 100 percent of the time on every topic or issue. There are those whom I agree with a MAJORITY of the time, however. There are truly racists who will use any issue to refute racism and those who will use any issue to overstate it,,,no party has a monopoly on such people,,the exist EVERYWHERE. there are people who will oppose a black man in power, there are people who see crime and poverty anywhere they see certain minorities and therefore become completely apathetic about what happens to those minorities,,,these people exist as sure as we are posting in this forum,,,,,it should not be blown off or treated as if its so ridiculous. However, those who are prone to RIDICULOUS overgeneralizations are usually tied in with others who use ridiculous generalizations to support their racist and bigoted views and assumed to be racist or bigoted themself (its a sort of karma if you think about it,, they generalize and then someone generalizes about them),,,,the stereoptype wheel keeps spinnning.... |

I dont really know that they record the political affiliation of those charged with violence,,,,but on another note,,, I havent heard of the tea party being violent at all, I have heard of instances of people in the party acting out, but havent seen evidence that this is what the party promotes. I think people use generalizations against those they oppose in opinion to avoid the intellectual work of honest and intelligent debate. The same types that call OBama the one, or who call Jesse Jackson a race baitor,,,arent much different than the ones who call tea party members violent,,,, people of all affiliations choose slur over intelligence,, its not really a matter of politics but a matter of human conditioning,,, |
