Well, I guess you were in an easy prison. My ex works in maximum
security. According to her, anyone who isn't in a gang is fish food to
the sharks. If you are in a weak gang, you are fish food to the sharks.
If your gang doesn't like your behavior...you get the point. You don't
have to mess with anybody, you just have to be a normal guy who makes
one mistake and you are suddenly a protitute against your will in
prison, being sold to the highest bidder.

i believe they should bring that the hanging on the town square and they
should not get a last meal.

sooooo,,,,lock your door and only eat what's brought to you for 3 or 4
years and then you decide and you have your whole place ,,,not a 5'by 9'
place

yes i will agree that there are gangs but the raping is a thing as well
ut like i said u really have to mess up with the leader i spent 3 years
and the worst iv seen was shaving cream can put some place uncomfortable
thats because the guy malested children and he had it cominso just let
me leave u at this when ever u spend time then u talk to me

well i do agree with lily except i think they should have treatment and
schooling for the lesser offenders

I have mixed views on the death penalty. I hate that my tax dollars go
to take care of those scum bags, and some are in there for life. In my
own opinion- I wish they had an island big enough to hold all the
muderers..., another island to hold all the molesters, so forth and so
on..and let those scums raise their own food, with no tv, no nothing.
They need jails like Germany has..just a small cell with a concrete
block to sit on, and small bunk bed to sleep on. Bread and water for
breakfast, small lunch, and small supper. No tv, no basketball courts,
no kind of entertainment whatsoever, and they are allowed 30 minutes
outside, then it's right back in the jail. No smoking, no chewing,
nothing !! Now that I know what it feels like loosing a loved one at the
hands of another...it makes it alot harder...in one way I feel prison
for them the rest of their lives, just so they will suffer...but then
again..I so want to be there when they take their last breath too. So,
therefore I am torn on that subject.

Has anyone senn any videos of acutal executions? I know the " Faces of
Death Series" show executions, but I have heard that the whole series is
fake. Anyone agree?

If you have to be executed? How would you go? Lethal, Chair, Hanging,gas
or being shot? Lethal seems to the best way to go.

I asked that if any of you lived outside the United States, does your
country have any the Death Penalty?

I agree in some instances it's warranted...There are just some scum who
don't deserve to be on this earth anymore...Like anyone that molests a
child or murders a child...They choose the crime...They are also
choosing the consequences...Why should they have a chance to remain on
earth when their victims didn't have the same chance!!!!!!!

when i was about 12 i seen a home made snuff film
poor women got shot in the back of the head while
her man was giving it to her.me and my friends at the time found the
tape in the ditch out side of his house it was what lol we watched it a
few more times then his dad took it to the police so i dont know if they
caught him

also believe that if you are pro life that a pro death penalty is
hypocritical. The same arguements apply.

They don't have the death penalty in Germany or in the UK.

I too have mixed feelings on the death penalty, but feel in certain
cases it is justified:

Murder When proven beyond doubt.

Child Molestation/Rape - Because the child/Person can be
scarred/Injured/killed.

Police killing - For obvious reasons

And the most obvious one - Proven terrorism


Other catagories depending on the severity of the crime should be judged
accordingly.
But then again, that's just my personal opinion.

It also troubles me when people talk about 'our tax dollars' being
wasted on criminals. Our government wastes so much money, in so many
ways.... If you want to save money, our first priority should be
spending less money on killing people, not less money on keeping them
alive.

PTVF, I don't think you can say someone else is hypocritical without
taking the time to understand their personal thought process.

For example, a unborn child is innocent, while a true serial killer is
not.

This is not an argument against abortion nor an argument for the death
penalty - both issues are complex.

In general, such as warfare.

I think the death penalty is warrented in many cases but what I don't
understand is why when someone is put on death row it takes years or
decades to get it done, as for the rest of the people who are in prison,
put them to work w/o pay, make them earn there keep, its not like they
are there for no reason, why should we support them in any way?

Hey Slant, how did you go to prison for 3 years if your only 18? Were
you in a juvenile facility?

Btw, for the record I'm against the death penalty.
