Miss independent!!!
How many guys really wanna make a miss independent their wife. If your shorty is financially sound more than you, won't u think otherwise? Like maybe she'll be acting like she's the boss, disrespectful, selfish, hard on u,controlling etc.
What do u think?

I think if a man gets that bent out shape if she's making more money, then they have issues that they need to work on.

A guy doesn't have to make more money. But it would be nice if he contributed to the care and upkeep of the house, cleaning, cooking, and if there are kids involved, caring for them etc. It's his house and family too.

Oh wait, You must think it's okay for a guy to be more financially sound, and bossy, disrespectful, selfish, controlling because he's the one making the money, huh?!

i agree

there's nothing wrong with needing someone; in fact, one of things i most cherish in a relationship is when someone i love relies on me.

i can't do everything by myself and would relish having someone around to help me out. i REALLY twisted my right thumb over the weekend trying to lift the evergreen into my trunk and maneuver it around so that it'd fit.

Sounds like fun. I have mesquite trees needing to be cleared out of the section of pasture being converted into an orchard. Want to help? pitchfork

i won't go near a mesquite tree. one thing i've come to learn about texas (west texas anyway) is that everything either pinches, pricks, stabs, stings or bites. laugh

And I'm bad about not wearing gloves, and have been trying to work a thorn out since Sunday evening. Urgh!
