I find that I am a lot less patient, and in general less smilely and bubbly as compared to my youth. Other than looks what changes have you noticed about yourself as you've gotten older?

I have figured out who I am and what I want, and I want nothing less. I have much more patience and a lot less time. I like to cuddle more. Afternoon naps are welcome...and I am a lot more open sexually.

Hmmm that laugh lines really do give my face character. I've also learned that being the best me is a process. And that women do really hit their sexual peek in their 40's.

I find that I am a lot less patient, and in general less smilely and bubbly as compared to my youth. Other than looks what changes have you noticed about yourself as you've gotten older? Much lower tolerance for ignorance, immaturity, stupidity, etc. My heart is begining to harden, I have to fight with myself to keep it tender. I don't want to become hard hearted. Everyday I lose more and more hope for humanity and the world. I fear that I will eventually lose that hope, and I'm not sure what will happen then. Not as open and social, grwoing colder. Losing optimism Losing interest in things Increase in depression and anxiety, causing other issues. I don't know what to call it, but swallowing pills now makes me gag slightly. I think it's more my mind playing a trick on me, but It makes it difficuly to take asaprin and vitamins. I've also noticed that sometimes I will wake up and it will feel like I have fallen down several flight of stairs then got beat with a baseball bat. I hear ya.....

It seems the older I get, the MORE mellow I become.... My kids were the first to point THAT out,,,lol,lol I have noticed every flaw of aging I HAVE,,,lol,and I personally think AGING SUCKS!!!!!,,,but,,what ya gonna do???,lol Freckles that just SEEM,,,  to GROW????? Or maybe,,,,,,the small Fine look to ones skin,,,like that ,,,a a,,,,,that,,,,OLD LOOK,,,, where when it winkles,,it WINKLES!!!!! just stuff LIKE THAT.....

in all honesty.. the last few yrs.... as i get older.. i dont seem to be so important to many, that i have been in the past.<or anyone for that matter but my dog> i do feed her u know? lol. more like ... totally forgotten... seems to be the roll for me.

The older I get, the more I feel like that giant M&M on the supermarket conveyor belt running furiously in the opposite direction because he doesn't want to 'check out'.
 Other than that, I don't feel much different than my youth. But that's probably because I refuse to grow up no matter how old I get.
