ok all me calling it a night didn't get any sleep last night an kind of tired  nite sneaks sleep sweet hun hugsssssssss |

i finally finished cookin dinner... baked boneless ribs for 5hrs at 250 then 1/2hr at 400 smothered in sweet baby rays bbq sauce til it was nice and gooey.. baked red skin potato's seasoned with roasted garlic & bell pepper lightly salted and topped with sour cream,, then fresh asparagus steamed lightly then saute'd with fresh garlic and rosemary ..... so the menu recap is 1.)boneless bbq ribs that fall apart(not chewy at all) 2.)baked redskin potato's seasoned with roasted garlic and bell pepper,lightly salted and topped with sour cream 3.)fresh asparagus lightly steamed then saute'd in butter with fresh garlic and and rosemary... .... anyone care to join me?  anyone gonna eat with me??? |
