I'm a Hug person too. Fortunately I work in sales and the hug has replaced the handshake for women so I get lots of hugs. They may not be the romantic hug but they still feel good. |

I got myself a t-shirt that says " I need a hug " I was surprised how many will give you a hug. Seems like there are many others out there that need hugs. It worked for me. Many of my friends give hugs to say hello. Hope you find a hug.

Hugs and handshakes are good therapy. At our NA meetings at the end we have a group hug and at our AA meetings we hold hands. Is it any wonder why I feel closer to NA?
 I am a hug person, too.

I Felt that way last wkend. All of a sudden got the strong urge, need to hug somebody. And somebody to hug, hold me back. It's a tough one.
. I think it's really a basic human need. I wish us all hugs when we need them.
