To be honest about the money issue, at my age, I've collected about all the 'stuff' I need. I really don't long for a great deal that money could buy. I do think of a 'successful' person as someone able to support himself, though. (Something which is more difficult these days...)
Most often I go with that adage about "animals, children and old people". The person who enjoys the love of all 3 is the person I think of as successful. |
