No. It will eventually grow into a lasting relationship, or it will wither and die.

I have the friend, I'm just waiting for the benefits. Sometimes the best things are worth waiting for. |

I am really confussed madam. People around think friendship has a gender. If you are fortunate you will get it, comeon be honest.

I think FWB is not a good idea if your seeking a real relationship.
FWB in my opinion is a relationship without the title. Your friends...you spend time together, I assume you do what friends do...and then you lay down together. That to me is a relationship..BUT with a loop hole to go out with others and the excuse as to why ur not responsible if the other gets caught up or hurt. FWB is pretty lame in my opinion. $.02 |

I'm either friends with a guy or he's my boyfriend, no gray areas. I tried friends with benefits once, never again, turned out I wasn't nearly as cold-hearted as he was, more's the pity.

I think it depends on the people and if BOTH feel that way!! I have had a couple the first one ended up being my wife for 13 years before we got divorced and had 3 beautiful kids in the process!!
