their lives have been quite different, policy differences wont become evident until OBamas term(s) is/are up.

OBAMA vs BUSH
26 vacation days vs 69 during first year
graduated mcl from harvard vs C student at yale
first worked at 24 as community organizer vs first worked at 33 heading his own oil company
went to college on grants and scholarships vs on AA(child of alumnus)
spent college years doing community service, vs spent college years drinking

No, I don't care for Bush.

Hussein continually lies.
Spent college years doing dope.
He's an admitted Muslim.
Has deep associations with ACORN.
Friends of a terrorist.
No managerial skills.
An elitist.
Pro-Illegal workers=Anti-American worker.
Bows before Egyptian terrorist king.
And the beat goes on.

so our standards are different, because besides the lying, and the fact that he managed to still graduate top of his class with solid A's whatever 'dope' he did. Also the fact that organizing in Chicago takes premier managerial skills and that there is no proof he is an elitist. I have no problems with anything on the list. Bush flew the whole Bin Laden family on private jets after 911. anyone can accuse someone of associations.

there hasn't been a difference in the two parties for the last 40 years..you're just now noticing?????
i also think the finger pointing on who caused the banking meltdown is comical on the repubs part. It was that "less govt" that gives you GOP'ers chills up your legs that allowed the banks and wallstreet to do what they did. Congress tried to set regulations but the GOP blocked it every single time..then there's the two silly wars that we shouldn't even be in...you can't blame the dems on that.

Are you a reincarnation? You're 29 and claiming to have seen no difference in 40 years ago.rofl rofl rofl

Hussein is at least as arrogant as Bush and a media ho.

I agree he's hard working. It's a tough job, all that partying and trying to BS and threaten folks to have that Obummercare shoved down their throats.

I swear, I gotta' find my Obummer is a jackass pic.rofl rofl rofl

Genius..there are things called Books...remember those????????

Thanks for the compliment but, I'm no genius, just a regular guy who has lived the 40 years of history.

I have lived the slow progression of us losing more and more rights. I can predict right now, we will think we are given choices of honorable people to vote for. We are being played like a fiddle.

Jokes on you!

Written history is not always accurate. As we all know. It's like MSNBC, biased and slanted.

When you get some age about you, you just might realize that.

Joke's on me? Things on the internet aren't always accurate either especially sites like wikipedia where users can edit content, thanks however i tend to stick to books...not links.

Obama threatens bankers: I’m the only thing standing between you and the pitchforks

Alinsky + Chicago = mob-tastic! My dad used to know guys like this growing up in lower Manhattan. Free advice from him to me to you: If you’re strapped for cash and one of them offers to help, decline.

President Barack Obama wasn’t in a mood to hear them out. He stopped the conversation and offered a blunt reminder of the public’s reaction to such explanations. “Be careful how you make those statements, gentlemen. The public isn’t buying that.”

“My administration,” the president added, “is the only thing between you and the pitchforks.”…

“The only way they could have sent a more Spartan message is if they had served bread along with the water,” says a person who attended the meeting. “The signal from Obama’s body language and demeanor was, ‘I’m the president, and you’re not.’”…

The president spoke of public outrage over the high flying executive lifestyle. “The anger gentlemen, is real,” Obama said. He urged pay reform and said rewards must be proportional and balanced, and tied to the health and success of the company.

Slublog sums it up: “So let me see if I’ve got this right. The Democrats helped cause the crisis through bad policy, fanned the flames of outrage against CEOs and Wall Street and are now saying they’re the only ones who can protect the CEOs from all of those angry people out there.” Indeed, and all they have to do to earn that protection is fire their CEO or whatever else The One demands. Refuse — and if you follow the link, you’ll see that some of them actually want to return their TARP money — and they risk a visit from Timmy the Chin.

Anyone recognize the phrase “the anger is real,” though? The last time Obama used it was in his speech on race to back off all the haters who thought, inexplicably, that a would-be president should have piped up about Reverend Wright sometime in the course of 20 years. Evidently it’s a favorite formulation when he wants to lean on his audience. In which case, if he’s so worried about pitchforks, instead of creepily exploiting the threat of mob violence to centralize the economy, how about our modern-day Lincoln gives a speech asking Americans to cool off before bailout fatigue leads to someone getting killed? After all, the anger really is real.

Good, phuck the bankers and also the people who support Corporate Socialism...that would include the GOP and T-baggers. Glad the president is using his set.

The GOP are a wholly owned subsidiary of big business and the T-baggers are either clueless or really that ignorant to be for corporation's profits, as well supporting their control of our democracy...you know...the CORPORATIONS who have screwed us?

Really?

Yeah I am pissed....

And here's an alternative view of the reports from their meeting...not spun RW here like with the immaterial comment about Reverend Wright...lol...whoever wrote that was reaching...LOLOLOLOL

differences and similarities between the two across numreous issues, but OBama is definitely more hard working, more intelligent, more of a family man, more diplomatic, and more handsome,,,:)

I have a tendency to disagree with the "adjectives" used to describe obama.........to me he appears to be an angry, inexperienced, vindictive spoiled little school boy who is always blaming the prior administration for everything he can possibly muster up to blame.....and oh, my, the dreaded FOX news.....will they ever stop picking on the dear man............I do think obama forgets that 'freedom of speech' applies to every citizen of the USA......slaphead someone please remind him......

He's a Constitutional laywer...lol.

I think a big difference for me with President Obama is that he's not a hell-damnation type, you know, overly religious, pathetically brainwashed..like those who voted the Dippic in...I appreciate that kind of maturity in the WH for a change.

I also think it he shows that a clear majority in this nation recognizes America as a diverse nation...we elected a person of colour...that's progress.

And WTF, the prior adminstration left a chitpile of problems...and their leftover GOPers are making sure we do not solve any of them.
They're acting like school yard bullies.

A lot of the anger is racial....OHHHHm he used the R word...well, you betcha. Wink wink nod nod...pffft.
