Do you think men actually read profiles, or just Drool over the Pictures.....

My male friends say generally no....they don't read profiles.

According to previous comments by men here, it's the pictures.

I do think most people read profiles

i think its a fair asumption, that less men read profiles than women.

but, for every 10 boering, uncomplicated, lust driven men, there is probably 1 or 2 similer women


i have to admit, im getting a bit sick of people assumeing that because most people are scum, we all must be.

I don't assume anything......I'm just back visiting and causing trouble....

Actually, I think it's about the same for Men/Women, but for me. I haven't found to many profile to even keep me interested to even read the whole profile, but mostly. Not many women that I have seen, put anything on the profile to read. It's more so the younger age groop.

I know they don't read mine.

I know most who end up emailing usually haven't read mine..or they wouldn't have emailed me...

the mods requested i change my profile as everytime someone read it, they imeadiatly deactivated

I'm not sure. I know they choose to ignore the fact that I'm only looking for friends, and I know for a fact that many of them choose not to read my physical details.

For a while, I didn't fill out my profile, because I had nothing to say, since I'm not looking for anything. And I didn't post my pics because I hate to be stared at and added to favorites lists. However, I became annoyed at the sheer amount of emails, nudges, and repeated views from men who were only going off the fact that my profile said "female" therefore I must have boobs. Apparently that's all they were looking for, all things considered....

So I filled it out listing my requirements, or "restrictions" as someone commented to me earlier. I also posted pics of myself so certain people will stay away. So far it's working (crosses fingers) so maybe they do read if there's enough there to get their attention.

I only stated such after specifically detailing who should and shouldn't contact me, yet lo and behold, a guy with six kids under five and an IQ lower than the current temperature here in VT manages to email me.

Most don't read it. Of course, not everybody has an hour to kill.
