Mutual match is a myth, it doesn't work, neither do nudges, or pervs. An e-mail to you is the only open door. Mingling is always encouraged, and the more you comment in the forums, the more likely you are to get noticed. And please, be yourself, not what you thhink you want them to expect you to be.

The other day, I actually got an email from a mutual match. But, that didn't last long as his second email (first was one line) told me to call him. He didn't like when I said no and stopped emailing me.
