Another embarrassment for South Carolina, this is the guy running to get Mark Sanford’s job…egads. In his own words here's S.C. Lt Governor Andre Bauer’s way to deal with the poor:

Hate to say it, but starving them won't stop it. Look at Africa. They're starving and still breeding left and right.

Why not dispense birth control!!!

I am more worried that his type are breeding myself.slaphead

Seriously though, anyone who says anything about other humans breeding is a bigot. No matter whether they are talking about economic status, intelligence level, mental capacity, etc... It is all bigotry and not a healthy mindset.

here is a short list of some of the greatest proponents of the eugenics theory..

1. Margaret Sanger... She was an avid abortionist that founded what is today Planned Parenthood..

2.Marie Stopes... Feminist and editor of a journal called "Birth Control News"..

3.HG Wells... Avid socialist and "pacifist".. I personally find that funny..

4.George Bernard Shaw.. another avid socialist.. who said "Sir, or Madam, now will you be kind enough to justify your existence? If you can’t justify your existence, if you’re not pulling your weight in the social boat, if you’re not producing as much as you consume or perhaps a little more, then, clearly, we cannot use the organizations of our society for the purpose of keeping you alive, because your life does not benefit us and it can’t be of very much use to yourself."

5.John Maynard Keynes.. you know.. Keynesian economics.. The model Obama and his cronies are using

6.John Harvey Kellogg.. yeah the cereal guy..

Get the picture?

Birth control and abortion are not eugenics, sorry. The rest of list I haven't researched yet.

The rest of the list is accurate, actually leaving out some other key players.

Fine, I'll be the one to say it. What his grandmother said about feeding strays is correct.

You feed a stray, and it will stick around, because it has found a food source and will no longer look to support itself. Most strays are spade or neutered.

Oh, and I'm not a hypocrite, I haven't done any breeding in over a decade.

strays? wow.....humans in cities and suburbs are hardly stray animals who can just HUNT out what they want and eat scraps off the ground. Particularly children, need substance in their diet, this is why we have such an obesity problem now. WE have an ABUNDANCE of food its just that the food we have the most of has very little nutritional substance.

I think it is not a very noble thing to do to WISH starvation on anyone, let alone to starve people intentionally.

I also do not see the need to cry over everyone's misfortunes. This difusion of responsiblity, and the notion that someone else always has to take care of it. I've been both jobless and homeless and never once begged for a handout. I did what I had to do to survive, some things, I'm not proud that I had to do. But I am not about to sit here and say that someone needed to take care of me. I found my way into that situation and eventually, through time and hard work, found my way out.

Judge me, you don't know me or my background, so you have no frame of reference. My opinion is just as valid and righteous as yours. Take personal responsiblity for your situation, and you've taken the first step to getting out of it.

No, I don't have to agree. Humans are animals just like any other, they act like it more and more all the time. Vicious, herdlike and territorial.
