Seriously, I have no problem wearing a kilt, a skirt, really loud pants, whatever. But golf seems to me a perfectionist sport, and although I love the spirit of the game, I think it would be more fun if both players were spitting drunk before they teed off.  I know a lot of people like that. I don't drink, though. The thing is....it has the perception of being a " perfectionists " sport...but it really isn't. Even Tiger Woods has said that golf is a game of " Do what works for YOU ". Even if your swing isn't technically perfect, as long as you can get the ball to go where you want it to, that's all that matters. My swing would make a professional swing coach cringe. But...I hit the ball straight most of the time....so it works for me. I have the same problem at bowling, accuracy, and patience.
