I'm reading Jim Butcher's Furies of Calderon

How are they? That series looks good.

I've got a couple of books left to grab, but looking forward to getting into his Dresden series.

Several of the paranormal romances have rolled out the past couple of weeks, and I'm rolling through them. Just picked up Lynsay Sands new Argeneau books, Hungry for You. Should be done in a couple of hours.

Also finished Last Dragon Standing by G.A. Aiken, Highland Protector by Hannah Howell, Twice a Hero by Susan Krinard, The Last Twilight by Marjorie Liu, and Finding the Path & Other Tales of Valdemar by Mercedes Lackey, this week, so far.

The Codex Alera is a great series, the characters are every bit as alive as the Dreseden File's, and the Tolkinesque flavor is a refreshing change.
