If we follow the American concept of social subdivisions in HIgh Schools
where do you think you would be located at? |

I was always involved in music and sports and had a girlfriend who was a
year ahead of me. I never saw myself as popular, per se, but everybody knew who I was. I was just a little too insular and reclusive to be considered popular. Still pretty much like that, except for the girlfriend part....I guess marriage kind of ruined all of that for me! |

I was leader of the misfits(big surprise, right?) but managed to get
along with everyone else because I could help with homework and just didn't care what others thought. |

now may i ask why there has to be too many subdivisions? And worst those
who proclaim themselves popular have to discriminate against the nerds or those who does not fit the trend? When I was in high school (catholic) in my back home. We have all kind of people and all of us were the same, WHen somebody in my class got in a fight everybody was involved, if somebody got caught in something all the class was to blame. A funny story you see this high school (private) is one of the best in my city, so a lot of rich people send their children there. And at the same time the price was very reasonable for being a private school, so a lot of poor people had access to the same education as the rich. So in my class one of my classmates was a really rich kid and the other was the son of one of the many maids who worked is his house. And all of us were always one for everything. REgards TLW. |

Went to public school all my life and am now teaching in a private
(Catholic) school. It is a whole other world in a Catholic school. I think the emphasis on social justice and living a Christian life makes a difference. That's just my opinion. |
