Wait it out. "This too shall pass".

I usually walk it all out. Yes, this too shall pass. Don't even have that energy today, it's coming back tho.

Music. Listen to some sad music, have a good cry if you need to, let it all out. Dance around the house like an idiot, it'll be fun and you'll get some exercise which will help you to feel better. Then there's the good ole "call and friend and whine" method that usually works. lol

Music, a good book, a long soak in the tub...anything to get you to think of something else other than what's bothering you at the moment.

That's my 2 cents worth anyhow. lol

A shift, that's whats needed. Thing is, all thats been 'bothering me' seems to have hit this weekend, physically.

in our own unique ways. Usually we're on top of it, yet the moment comes that everything hits hard the first reaction is to go back to to to 'fall safe'. Ever have one of those days when you just feel like crap, want to go bed, under the covers and stay there until you feel better again? Whats your way out?

Staying in the "cave" can be more depressing.

Get the heck outside and DO SOMETHING :)

Sometimes going out is necessary, but don't immediately dismiss the comfort and safety of the cave to weather such storms.

It's all opinion, of course ... each person has their own way of
dealing with anomalies. I've done it both ways and for me, staying
inside provides no incentive. Getting out and interacting with the
world is invigorating and provides a renewed sense of being

I take myself out of the environment that I am in and do something to take my mind off whatever it is. If I am MAD....I clean & by the time that I am done with my home----I feel better & even if I don't----at least my home is clean and that always makes me feel good!

Thanks Ruth, seems to have been helping. Caves can be just what needed, along with some wise words from people. Sometimes, when we say things...is it that we just need to hear what we already know?

Yup all the time. Drugs and alcohol just made it all worse. Now, I'm picking up the pieces and taking life by the balls. I'm not going out like that, it's just not in me. Besides, too many people need me now, clean, sober, and healthy. I also think I've finally found my purpose in life, or atleast found the right path to follow.

I've made a lot of positive chages in my life and refuse to let anything negative to enter my life again.

Yeah, I work a ton of hours, so I barely have time to sleep (litterally) let alone much else. I'm satrting my own business, so that takes a lot of my time as well.

I just sold my businesses off to take on another project in Nashville. I didn't have time to sleep much eather.

and with this new project starting up in a couple of days, I'll be right back to what I am use to and I know: not sleeping for days at a time, and no time for anything.

Gotta love it.

I'm used to not sleeping it doesn't bother me, and now that I've made some positive changes in my life, I feel much better, and am a lot happier. What kind of business did you have?
