I love the smell of the horse barn fresh manure and horse smells I'll second this, and add leather in the tack room, fresh cut grass, fresh baled hay, sweet feed, cedar burning in the fireplace, puppy breath, dragon's blood, patchouli, roses, rain in the air, and others I can't think of off hand! LOL! |

Cinnamon Vanilla Honeysuckles (some) cologne. I say some, because alot of them are so strong that they knock you over when the person walks in the room. I used to date a guy who wore so much cologne, you always knew when he was around; even after he left, the smell lingered for a while. Luckily he smelled good. |

MOST of what you have all listed I totally agree with. But one smell that I have always loved is the smell of a well-cared-for horse with a good leather saddle or good leather harnesses on it. Makes me think of horse-back riding or riding in a wagon when I was a kid. Combine that with sweet-smelling hay, and you have a good old-fashioned hay ride.

many times in different places the natural gas seeps to the surface. It's just methane. we call it "sour gas" it smells just like a fart most people wrinkle their noses and go "eeeeeewwwwww" but to me it smells like home |
