Good morning, kidz. Got some much needed relief from work. I needed some screw nails but forgot to get them on Saturday while the local hardware store was opened. So I went to Walmart and they didn't have them but the clerk said that Orschelin's had them. They had them but I wanted the star bit head because the phillip's head type just spin inside the head with the bit. The star bit works better with high spinning required with power screw drivers. They cost 2 dollars a box where I got them and I was surprised because I thought our local Miller's hardware had the highest prices. I really wasn't looking for the highest prices because I am very frugal; Just ask my boarder. Frugal people can actually squeeze the hair oil out of Lincoln's hair on the penny.

But my brother-in-law came early to clean out my mom's junk out of my pump house so I can put my own junk in there. "My" or "Mine" isn't meant to be taken literally as I am still the renter mom tells me. But mom is just trying to reinforce my cleaning skills. Its a Pavlovian thing; Instead of patting my head for being a good dog or good boy. She paid my brother-in-law to come get her stuff because she values her stuff. The stuff had been in there for ten years in the dry but the mice have there questioned her rights of ownership. Hence, why we had to take the blower to all the mice dropping and shred up cardboard. Since possession is nine tenths of the law I am sure that nine tenths of all the mice on the property had lived there.

I had a good time with my brother-in-law frozen to the seat in his four wheel drive truck as he does drive very fast and could easy take my mind off work as he does play his radio excessively loud where conscious thought with boom, boom, boom is highly unlikely.

Got my days and nights mixed up. I blame it on the heat. It is really helping my vampire side. Heck, if I can have a feminine surely I can have a vampire side, too. Good morning, friends.

Have a busier than normal day planed. Steaks needs about 11hrs of my time, seems several people are sick or on vaca. So. Hi Ho, Hi Ho, it's off to work I go.

I owe, I owe so its off to work I go. We almost got the decking done on the roof. My friend has friends in the hardware business. Cooking steaks in this heat. I hope they came out good.

We didn't get any rain. As much as I would like it. I am kinda hoping I could get the roof on the new room done, first. We will be getting the felt paper down, tomorrow. My friend, Marshall is bringing his slap stapler from his construction job to help me with it. He said today that it was the first roof decking he actually screwed in as before he always used the long nails and tacks. I will getting two 2 by 4 by 16's for the eves on the sides of the room and two 2 by 4 by 14's for the fascia for the lower part of the roof facing the side yard.

I am so glad I passed the TB test today. The RN at the clinic told me that people who are susceptible to poison ivy and poison sumac have sensitive skin and that is why the tuberculin shows up bigger on the test. I usually have to take the skin test twice before I pass. I am glad I went in a month earlier on my yearly checkup at the clinic.

I'm up and about early this morning. Coffee's ready. Grab your mug. Stuff to do around the house today then it's picnic time this evening.
