Is prohibiting relationships at work unfair?

If you and a coworker were in love,would you risk your job to secretly date them?

It's difficult when you break up and have to see them every day. And no, I'd never risk my job for a relationship.

I keep personal and business lives completely separate.

No I do not think it is unfair.

Well, I dont mix work and pleasure,,, but I did once end up working at my boyfriends place of employment,, we didnt have to hide it because it was a factory and pretty open about such things.

I cant imagine falling for someone at work, but if I honestly had feelings for them, I would risk it. I think its totally fair for a company to protect its interest by limiiting workplace relationships..peoples emotions can get in the way of their decisions especially if they are making those decisions with their significant other.

I've done it. It was worth it. Stupid rule if ya' ask me. I'll do what I want!

If you don't like the rules choose a different employer.
