I do know alot of good religious people which is why I am spiritual still. I believe that there might be something out there and will continue to live as good a life as I can. You literally contradicted yourself in less than 30 minutes. Decide what your *true* opinion is. "... What turned me away from religion ..." ".. which is why I am spiritual still." (which is why I am still spiritual). Spirituality is not the same as religion. So he did not contradict himself at all. |

Actually, Columbus didn't discover America. He discovered some island off of north or central America. Probably around Cuba or just north of there. And...uh...actually there is quite a bit of proof of his trip. Like, for instance, I am a caucasion in North America and not a native American. Well...native in the sense that I can't trace my lineage back 14000 yrs or so to ancestors on this continent. |

Call it what u will but something about the scriptures that Yahweh gave to us has healing powers when u read them.. Many times throughout my life when everything went wrong or was going wrong.. I would say Yahweh help me show me what is going on give me peace. I just open the bible and the words just pop out at me exactly what i needed to read..No forthought of where i i was going to in the scriptures juust open them upp and a callmmness and peace comes over me and I kknow everything is going to be ok. No drug or sleeping pill can calm the nerves and let you sleep when u r all wound up like the Word of Yahweh.. You should honestlly just try it sometime and see for yourself.... As for myself, I do have faith in God and in the divine inspiration of the Bible(a book of history as well as a book of Gods laws). My point still stands though, that in this forum, noone can PROVE people were here before Columbus, proof is not just saying everyone knows. The written forum is much too limited for us to PROVE much of anything to anyone, unless it is proving what some author or another has written,,that we can PROVE. |
