My sister and her husband just opened their fourth restaurant this one is in the Stockyards so ya'll that are in the area have to go to the Stockyards and try Cooper barbecue http://coopersbbqfortworth.com/index.html

My sister and her husband just opened their fourth restaurant this one is in the Stockyards so ya'll that are in the area have to go to the Stockyards and try Cooper barbecue http://coopersbbqfortworth.com/index.html I had some truly excellent BBQ up in Llano. I guess it is the same place. It was all cooked on direct heat and you picked what you wanted off the pit. The pitmaster apologized to me since it was a couple of hours after lunch and he felt the food was not "up to snuff" but it was very good anyway. It is almost rodeo time here in Houston and it is time to get the pit repaired and start cooking!!

It's right across from Billy Bobs and it is a huge place as well. Will have to try it out pretty soon.
