I've had many experiences within most of these realms. I don't recall
every turning them on, except for automatic writing, but I have
definitely turned them off.

This began to happen to me with so much regularity I could not bear it.
For all I could 'see' were illnesses, many were terminal. It was
knowing that I 'helpless' in some cases, and there were times when I
knew part of something but not enough to shed light soon enough to right
the problem. I did, consciously, turn it off.

Oddly, when I did this, it seemed to create a weird side affect, I tend
to be what many psychics call a reverse or negative psyphic. Meaning
simply that if asked to 'guess' which of two clenched fists holds a
marble, I will guess the wrong fist more that 80% of the time. This
goes against all odds, as every single guess holds a 50/50 chance of
correctness.
Even the least psychic entity will guess right close to 50% of the time.

This became a joke with my freinds. At a time when many of my friends
where having babies, they would say, to ask me what gender it would be.
Whatever I guessed they were to expect the opposite. Funny, but true!

Yes I do believe in supernatural gifts, or 1 in particular. The gift of
holy spirit, with this comes 9 manifestations:
speaking in tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy, healing,
miracles, faith, wisdom, knowledge, and revelation. These are all cited
in Corinthians.

yes I do,and I really enjoy reading all your posts

Spiritual enlightenment is what I have come to call some of what has
been posted here. Like many others I have a few of these Gifts/curses. I
call them that for one simple reason, they are very hard to interpret
properly and when I was younger they Scared the living hell out of me.
Like many others I tried to turn them off and for the most part it
worked, however it took lots of drinking and using to make them seem
unreal to me. The drinking let me think they were not real, and the
drugs let me not care.

I lived like that for 15 yrs or so until I knew I was destined to life
of hopelessness. Today they no longer scare me, I try to see what those
dreams/visions have in store for me and those around me. Most if not all
that I write flows through me like water from a fountain and what I
write about is what I have seen.

So today I consider it a gift, if you ever think you know someone you
you probably do. Whether it be on the internet or at the store, the
pictures I see in life have far more depth than most people are aware
of.

A few of my friends have seen me when I see something familiar or a
dangerous situation, and how I deal with it. They are fully aware of who
I am and why I do the things I do. They are true friends and are not
afraid of the dark, they are open to what can be done with the human
mind if it is applied properly.

It is as a result of embracing these abilities that I do not follow any
particular faith, however I have spent much time trying to find a
particular Faith/religion that embraces both Christ and these abilities
without calling me strange/posessed.

Yes, Bored, I believe in them, I am one. And I do believe they were givin to me by God, in order to help others. That is also the reason I never charged any one, nor never will. The gift was not given, to profit from it.

i have had the abilties ever sense i can remember and i started more with my abilties when i was 16, i have been a spiritual reader for over 8yrs but with the spiritual realm for over 20yrs plus.
when my kids were little my ex hubby and i were driving home and we had seen the neighbor walking and we had thought about picking her up but it was onyl 2blocks so we didnt, a short time after we got home, the neigbor daughter came by and i had ask her where her mom had went, and she looked at me in a strange look and said her mom had never left the house, she was home all day. what we had seen was a astrol travel of her mother. and i had talked to her mom later and she just smiled like she knew what she had done
