First thing I would do is call 911. Well with a voice like mine I'm sure I could grab their attention and others all around me. No way would I just stand there or just walk away it is not within my nature...

I'd call the cops. If I get involved I could end up in jail too. I'd like to do more, but the cops frown on that kind of thing.

I remember a society where we all helped each other.
I remember neighbors stepping in and reprimanding one another's children, watching and protecting them. I remember children playing outside, having friend, playing actual games activities.
