Depends. Are my cats and my dog out already?

If they are...I really don't have much of anything that I would find that important.

Did this once...didn't have the luxury of deciding...grabbed the only thing I could reach...a small framed painting in the foyer. Discovered the memories attached to things mean much more than the things themselves.

Since I have copied most of my pictures and important papers and a property inventor to disc and stored them outside my home I hope I would just get the he-l out of the way of the professionals and let them do what they are trained to do.

Been through this rodeo before.

I am sure I would feel bad to loose all my books and art stuff but since my kids have what they need probably saving me a lot of work later on.

I think I would be worried about my Dad the most because he would be pretty shook up by that kind of crisis. Since I don't tell my people this kind of crap until I have things back under control they wouldn't probably know. I am just used to having to deal with things on my own.

My cats and dog are family, so they are already out. Besides that, My purse, since thats got my ID, bank card, check book, etc. in it. If I can access my accounts, then I some small way of setting things right. Indecently, my car keys are attached to my purse, so that wouldn't be a problem.

For a second item, I haven't set it up yet, but I have every intention of creating a bug-out bag for emergencies (it will contain important papers that don't travel in my purse, the credit cards I don't already use, and traditional survival items that I would normally pack for a camping trip).

Our stash of cocaine, my wife's purse and our dog.

No, you don't have to balk at me that I named three. The old lady's purse was made of the hide of good ole' Rex.
