No. It happens everywhere.

But then again, half of a major city doesn't get lit on fire in most other places. So it doesn't get as much coverage.

The over/under on fires in Detroit this year is 165.

Well, I used to live in Syracuse, NY from '83 to '88, and we had it there. It was always October 30th, and all of the devious neighborhood kids would play pranks on unsuspecting residents. My favorite was pulling out the stop signs in our neighborhood. I was a bad bad boy back then. laugh laugh devil devil
