Getting out and hunting like a sportswoman is getting to be too much for me anymore. I remember the challege and need it filled in hungry tummy's years ago so props to those who do it responsibly. Be safe!

That is what responsible sportsmen/women do also. Unfortuneately without some hunting some species would over populate and kill off habitat's and wildlife in general. Hunting can contribute to the delicate balance of nature where eco-systems have been imbalanced by developement and reduction of natural predators. Mankind is part of that natural balance. Hopefully we take no more than we need. Since fish and deer will feed a family with much less damage than a commercially raised beef hunting gets my vote.

And so do women. What is important to know is if more venision and fish, and free range fowel was in our diet we would see a lot healthier mother's and children. Venison, for one, is leaner, more digestible, and cleaner meat than beef or pork by far.
