I trust people to be who they say they are.

100% no holding back.

and if they show they aren't who they say they are?

I feel sadness for them....all they have done really is show me who they WANT to be...and aren't quite there yet.

Most of all though, I trust ME 100%...which makes trusting others without condition, easy.

Ditto to me trust should be a given factor till they give you a reason not to trust them. Then well it is very doubtful they will gain it back 100%noway

I dunno Kristi....

I tend to find the trust parameters change ....what may have been implicitly for the person they said they were....becomes 100% trust in the person that they showed themselves to be.

We humans are ever changing ever growing fluid beings....and I feel trust is also fluid...as in what it is that you trust in another may change....but the unconditional remains the same.

Re-evaluating never hurt anyone....completely wiping them, hurts everyone.

It takes time to build trust if that person is open honest and willing to share equally and not hold back and make excuses trust can be quickly built. Anna x

At what point in ANY relationship have you known the other person is worthy of your trust? Do you give 100% trust or hold some of it back?

There is no one point in a relationship where a person is worthy of your trust. It varies with individuals.

I've never known any human that I would or could give 100% trust. The problem is, most people are me first. I'd say all people, but I'm loathe to use absolutes. Therefore, if people are me first there is always a risk of violating trust for self-gain.

I can trust to a large degree, but 100% trust seems reckless and foolhardy. Or am I just a cynical old bastard?

In a way yes,, but you also know any dog will sc**w any B**ch in heat.

I hate people that do the same.

I give 50% trust to all, more has to be earned.
and once killed it is hard to revive it.

Trust everyone 100%
If you get burned, forgive 70 x 7
Thing is remember who burned you and trust them 100% to do it again

I start off with 100 percent trust until Im given reason to think otherwise.

100% trust means you would let them spend the night at your house,,, when you are not there,,, like at work.

you just got paid, the cash is in your purse, you let them hold your purse while you go to the restroom.

I don't think anyone honestly starts off giving 100% trust to a stranger.
