My first Executive Order

complete top to bottom audit of the entire Federal Government accounting for every single penny of taxpayer money

and a continuing ongoing audit from now on forever

in a heartbeat....

Because there are SO many things that could be fixed if they truly THOUGHT about what our priorities should be right now


Example...Prisons....make them self-sustaining using the manual labor they could provide(maybe using them for the jobs the illegals are doing already)(billion of dollars saved)

Illegals...quit giving out free handouts and only give out handouts to the immigrants that have become citizens(billions saved)

Redirect the money saved from the prisons into better school material and higher pay for teachers(maybe we could get some quality ones that gave a damn)

and so many more....

not until we finish the audit

that is more important!

Did I mention that government officials couldn't give themselves raises anymore and would actually have to answer to someone who can authorize raises based on performance and performance outcomes

a lot of that would be agains the 10th amendment as much of the prison and school systems is technically a state issue

just a thought

Actually I would really have to think about it. You are almost powerless, at the mercy of congress, a body of opposites who barely agree on anything.

You get blamed for every single possible problem in every American's life and no matter how much you try to fix it, if you try to fix it, it will never be good enough because everybody has different issues. That old sayin' You can please some of the people some of the time......but you can never please all of the people all of the time... applies to this job.

Your life would be in danger for the rest of your life.

You only get up to 8 years to fix issues that have been in existance before you and may take many years to fix no matter what you do but you will catch hell for them regardless.

All my life associations would be under a microscope, I don't know what they have been up to all their lives, so that would end up haunting me.
