She also doesn't listen very well and is easily distracted. She's very "out of it" a lot.
Has she had her vision checked? I spent many of my childhood years being accused of not paying attention to an environment I couldn't see clearly. Thank you, that's actually a good point. All the women in my family, including myself, needed glasses by the 6th grade. I will look into it and keep it in mind. |

I am not even gonna bother reading this trash. I have an extremely high iq, as do thousands of other adults who were spanked as children.
This is nothing but pure and utter malarky. |

and how much do you want to bet that the "researchers" intentionally researched only adults that had mental issues to begin with? And intentionally did NOT include any normal helathy adults who had been spanked as children? That right there would layer the resaults in their favor.

Hey, but maybe you would be even smarter if you weren't spanked! I don't buy into the research either, but I don't think the existence of smart spanked people by itself invalidates it. I have heard studies that kids who get a lot of touch (as in affection) have a better developed nervous systems (which does not necessarily mean smarter). Of course, those studies are promoted by massage therapists, so there is an obvious bias. |
