If you don't think the feeling is mutual, then that's "comfort food" you're eating.
"Comfort food" can be things other than food. You may find yourself watching movies you've already seen, an entire television series on DVD that you've already seen, etc. But usually, it's food. Unless all the sex sends either you or your SO into a diabetic coma, and entire jars of protein-laden peanut butter and cartons of Haagen Daz disappear overnight! I think this is primarily responsible for "Obese America"! |

Stress and depression does it to me. I got a peddle exciser to replace binge eating, so now when I'm at home and I feel like binge eating, I just peddle. I'm starting to get cramps I'm using it so much. |
