If you don't think the feeling is mutual, then that's "comfort food" you're eating. "Comfort food" can be things other than food. You may find yourself watching movies you've already seen, an entire television series on DVD that you've already seen, etc. But usually, it's food. Unless all the sex sends either you or your SO into a diabetic coma, and entire jars of protein-laden peanut butter and cartons of Haagen Daz disappear overnight! I think this is primarily responsible for "Obese America"! Because we are so uncomfortable???? Maybe we need better recliners???? I was suggesting emotional discomfort. Are you suggesting that PHYSICAL DISCOMFORT leads to binging? Hmmm...that's very interesting...kind of a vicious cycle, huh? I'm very sorry for your discomfort. I hope you can overcome it! Scratch that...I KNOW YOU CAN!

I over eat when I have problems or stress . It is easy to put on the pounds but it is very hard to get rid of them .Right now I am on diet and it is neither fun nor wishful......
