Bananas..... Srsly The STRINGS on a banana...& the mealy texture...& the SMELL! Blah! But I DO like nanner puddin'...go figure! I can't even touch them without making this face

Is it just me or does it creep anyone else out when men have profile pics of themselves at the computer with no shirt on. Maybe its just the men in my age group.
I don't think of myself as a prude or uptight but it gives me the creeps. I guess to me it looks like some dirty old man breathing hot and heavy, whacking off looking at women online. First impressions go a long way. Put a shirt on! Just curious what others have to say. So lets hear it. I just started a new post on this question before seeing this topic. I am not sure I would call it a phobia or fear, but creeps me out all the same |

I don't mean to scare you but your worst fears have all become reality. Well not a 3rd world country yet but given the time and the lack of honorable politicians it shouldn't be much longer. I wish more people feared this and would educate themselves before voting.
Damn sheep never recognize the wolf even when wearing a cheap costume. |

I have this strong fear of politicians. I have this phobia that every time they open their mouth they are lying. I fear, no matter what they say, their true motive is to take my rights away and increase their own power and influence. I greatly fear that they will do what is good for them and what people pay them to do, as opposed to look out for my interests. I fear that our country will continue to weaken because they have no guts and no honor. I fear they will lead to our country being turned into a third world nation. I don't mean to scare you but your worst fears have all become reality. Well not a 3rd world country yet but given the time and the lack of honorable politicians it shouldn't be much longer. I wish more people feared this and would educate themselves before voting. Damn sheep never recognize the wolf even when wearing a cheap costume. |

That occasional falling sensation you get when you're between awake and asleep. It's a strange feeling, but I have heard many people get that freefall sensation from time to time.

Fear of my things being stolen. I have worked very hard for them. These things are like my computer, car, cell phone, etc.

I freak when I think of paper towels squeaking between front teeth....I mean REALLY freak....just thinking about it now, gives me goose bumps, makes my mouth water, I clench my teeth and just feel like eeeeeeck  . Also when the Dentist puts that cotton in my mouth or uses gauze to wipe teeth I almost hit the ceiling! To embarresed to say anything though. My son laughs and has tried to do the paper towel thing on one than more occasion, not fun. My sister used to do the paper towel thing to me when I was young and tortured me with it  ...not sure if the fear came from that or it was there before??? What are your fears/phobias? I'm afraid of Americans.

I have this terrible phobia of some greasy cat in heat, climbing astride the seat of my motorcycle when I'm not looking, and rubbing back and forth, back and forth...
I'D NEVER GET THE STAIN, NOR THE CHUM SMELL OUT!

Wow! I am stunned about the peaches thing....I swear, I thought I was the only one. The opposite end of the spectrum....as a kid I used to lick all the chemicals off of polaroid photos....it pissed my dad off to no end (but, explains some of my abnormalities) The one that sticks with me to this day is, I friggen love the smell of vulcanized rubber. I swear,everytime I walk into a place that sells tires, I drool like a dog staring at a roast. If no one is looking I will gnaw on a tire just for the taste.  Love the licking of the polaroid!!!! When I was a kid, and still kinda now, I love that first wiff you get when you open your door at a gas station! However, I remember it being a lot stronger smell when I was kid....of course back then, we could run with scissors, not wear a seatbelt, no helmets...no safety anything for that matter, and do pretty much everything that is considered unsafe now. Perhaps the gas pumps don't leak fuel anymore, damn  ! O yeah the smell of candy necklaces.. mmmmmm. The smell of morning seemed stronger when I was a kid too, and you could smell the newspapers on Sunday mornings on peoples yards from the sidewalk. The smell of grass, the dew in the air... ahh nothing like it, total peace. |

Heights, small spaces, escalators, sometimes elevators but not all the time, spiders, insects, bugs, whatever, snakes, rats, death, large bodies of water, really high and long bridges, and falling. That's all I think.

Big roaches that fly. I refuse to go in the garage for that reason. In south Florida they are all like that. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! Thank God for the first time I have a mini pincer dog, that if you yell BUG!! BUG! GET THE BUG!! Hell come running, hunt the roach,scoop it up, and kill it under a chair. don't let em eat those roaches no matter what, for they have a really bad type of worm. Wow, thats so wierd, thanks for the advice, but... roaches with worms? Ive never heard of that.. he usually just kills em though. They are actually Palmetto Bugs not Roaches - We have them here in Atlanta too. I used to hate them but have gotten better about them. I find if I spray my foundation with bug spray twice a year I don't get but one or two in my house all year. I can't sleep if I kill one in the bedroom for several hours - lol. I can't throw them in my inside trash can because I think they will come back to life & get me....AGHHHHHHHHHHHHH ahhh bugs!!!! i totally found a cricket in my bed last night...he was crawling on my leg!!! i slept on the couch....ewww If you were Chinese, you'd feel very lucky to find a cricket in your bed...a very good omen of luck! |
