Men don't realize how valuable they are to us. But, somehow when pushed up against a wall we women do survive.{I'd like to be pushed up against a wall!winking }
I bought an A/C to go into the existing opening in the wall. I bought the wrong size(actually it was what I could afford)and so now there are 3" of daylight all around the A/C. I cut up a filter and stuffed strips of it around the A/C.
My clothes dryer quit so I took it apart and installed a new belt around the drum.
"I am woman hear me roar in numbers too big to ignore!":banana: slaphead whoa

Naughty, maughty girl. I love it!

Chrissy, unless you went out and bought a huge commercial eight burner stove you will find that most stoves are not that heavy and slide fairly easily across most linoleum floors. Just put your back into it and see what happens. You only need to move it a few inches. Move one side and then the other. A trolly or moving dolly will probably do you no good. If you can't move the thing the few inches to install the tip bracket you certainly will not be able to tip the dolly with the stove strapped to it. As to the leveling I believe you will find the four corner legs adjust kind of like a jack screw. Turn one way for down the other way for up.

Thanks Mo, my neighbor is here to help me move it. I have my measuring tape, level and drill. Wish me luck and if I don't make it, my whole Elvis collection goes to my dog.

I think your dog is going to have to wait a long long time to get those records.

Well, it's done. I only had to move the original bracket an 1/8th of an inch to line up with the rear leg. It did take me about 5 minutes to level out each leg though. Now I even have the spare hardware to use when I have to Mcguiver something else in my house.

Now I just need someone who will let me rest my head on their shoulder and tell me everything will be all right and I'll be set.

But it doesn't have to be a husband.

Thank you all for making me smile today. I really needed it.

Gyps, I still think the husband co-op or the women with skills for trade are viable options.

For the women with skills we still need a name and chicks w/d!cks is taken.grumble
