God you all must forgive me. When I saw this thread at first i thought it said "Who is into pornography!"  WTF is wrong with me?

how do i upload pics here? Thank you. Sorry krupa "borrowed from your post" This is how I post em... Open your photobucket on a seperate tab. upload a picture onto photobucket.... click save when it is done. then click the little box that appears under the thumbnail pic on your album. (the thumbnail pic pops up automatically) then go directly down two lines and click the IMG code. It will say "copied" Then switch back over to Mingle and reply. Right click and paste. Or if you have photo saved on another website. you can type For example hit quote on on with a pic and you'll see what I mean. Tehn just "don;t hit post reply " and it won;t post. |

My equipment: 1) Canon 40D but I want the Canon 5D Mark II 2) Canon ulra wideangle zoom lens "L" 16 mm - 35 mm - F/2.8 3) Samsung TL225 12.2 mega pixels, 4.6 zoom (GREAT!!! on the go camera) 4) 2 Viper Photography Lighting, 1000 Watt If anyone is from NY and wants to run around shooting photos let me know. Again I'm not a pro and could use advice. |

So, who here is into photography and if you are perhaps consider showing? I use to be. I competed on base in Texas a long time ago, working out of a mop closet for developing etc. I took a couple awards, competing against photo squadron with their high tech equipment. In Thailand, I developed a technique for splitting a photo along contrast lines, I saw it written up about 3 years later in a photo mag. I turned out a high contrast tree with a man squatting in mid air smoking a cig. Lately, when my home was broken into, they got my Nikon cameras--lenses. So, there you are. I did not keep any of my work. One has to choose their hobbies in accordance with the time they have. I like going to abandoned places, forgotten places and doing stills. |

I love photography! I've been into it since I was a child. My dad taught me how to use his Hasselblad when I was 8...
 I have aan Elph, but I still use my Canon point and shoot *film* camera (OMG!) and it takes THE BEST pictures. I love taking black & white, too.
Is there anyone else out there who still uses film? |
