Photography isn't art, it doesn't really take much talent. Anyone with a good camera who can position something in the center can take a picture.

Photography most certainly IS an art form. To capture a great image many factors come into play, (besides the equipment being used and subject matter)...lighting and composition, just to name a few. Anybody can point and shoot. |

Sure, anyone can take a picture, but can everyone take good pictures? Of course not. I usually find that people with this kind of attitude haven't spent much time with a camera. That being said, art is subjective. What you may find to be good art, I may not enjoy at all and may not think it involves much talent. |

Anybody can point and shoot. A good photographer might take 100 pics, and only use one, so it's hard work too. |
