Hello people, I'm here today to ask a simple question,
"Can the grownfolks play?"
Are you really done with the so called"18 to party" theme?
I really am. It only puts kids male and female in harms way.
These kids can't hold their alcohol. The'yre fighting,& killing eachother.
The young women are being stalked by grown drunk men. Who are buying them alcohol.
They're driving drunk and killing themselves and others. And where's the parents?
Most of them are in the bar too, buying drinks for underage drinkers & for kids that just aren't
"Mature Enough" to party.
Really people,"CAN THE GROWN FOLKS PLAY, with out
HAVING TO BABYSIT?

Who's idea was this anyway?

I don't drink and never did
I don't fight or kill
I don't encourage underage
I don't babysit
So I guess I'm one of those boring grown up folks
I have my own way to play

And then you forget about it the next day.. therefor the name LOL

I got my nickname because i don't forget but that's another story.

I'm not boring, I just don't want to keep my eyes on kids in the bar that's all.
I'd rather watch my intake and my dance moves.

Come on folks , would you want your 16yr old sneaking in the bar because she can pass for 18
& a 32yr old man is buying her drinks because she said " she was 21.
Really , come on. And we all know the rest.

ummmm my 16 year old is not going to bars, without me.

I would think there was something wrong with her upbringing if she is going to bars at 16.

Maybe this is a dumb question but

How many adults can say that they:

1. Never drank while under age?
2. Never drove while drunk?
3. Never tried reefer?
4. Never had sex before they were married or a legal adult?

I understand what you mean peachrype but at almost every party now a days say "18 to party & 21 to drink. peachrype have you taken a look at how some of these girls dress or look? 15&16 year old girls looking like they are 20 maybe older

Alcohol has been used as a social lubercant for 1000s of years. This is the reason (IMHO) it's remains legal while other drugs are not. When used properly alcohol is a wonderful tool.

Heck now that I have finally arrived at middle age I am not ashamed to admit that I am guilty of all the questions I asked.

Oh since I no longer have a car I can say that I won't be drinking and driving.

Ya know it is funny while raising my kids the one thing I did reflect back on was each time they did something, I looked back and remembered what I did and what the results were. Then I decided what I was going to do with them as I found out they had actually crossed that path.

It taught me to look at things in a whole new way as my kids were growing up.
