So, I finally got to review my post below about being asked on dates, and I must say I was pretty saddened by the fact that at least two pages was dedicated to men wondering what a date even IS. See, THIS is what I meant. How can a man ask a woman on a date if he doesn't even know what a date IS? So, fellas, this is for you. It's really quite simple. If you ask a woman to go with you somewhere and do something that doesn't involve booze and instant, expected sex, it's a date. If you can TALK to each-other and get to KNOW each-other, it's a date. Dinner and a movie = Date. Browsing a bookstore and coffee = Date. McDonalds and an indie show = Date. Picknick = Date. Grocery shopping and you and/or her making dinner at home and a video rental = Date. Why is this so hard for you guys anyway?

Ah, but in the other thread I was seriously asked. I was hoping, Maudred, that was what you were doing... but not knowing you, I wanted to be sure. And Picknick and Picnic... tomato tomahto. I'm in the middle of a crisis here, demmit. I'm allowed a bit of brain fartedness tonight!

I have a strange feeling that my next date will be the fair. With who I have no idea... I just... feel it. And have for months now. Weird huh?

Dunno, but if it involves a show or something, it's OK by me. Just... SOMETHING, ya know? If I actually got asked to a REAL dinner? I think I would probably faint.
