Are there certain products you buy for yourself or your home that HAVE to be a certain brand? Sometimes generic just won't do......

Scott tissue is one of mine too, although lately due to saving up funds for "fun" adventures I've been using an Aldi's brand. It really isn't saving me much, because the other doesn't last nearly as long.

Gain detergent
Dawn dish liquid
Kenra hair products

Dollar General has a store brand that is the very same as Scotts. I use to use nothing but Scotts myself then tried the DG brand an it's the same, lasts as long an is much cheaper.

I only buy one name brand for vanilla. Other vanillas aren't strong enough, to me, when I bake. I guess it depends. Whatever is cheaper. Shampoo...I have to use Pantene Pro-V. Other shampoos strip my hair. Terrible!

Yes, bathroom tissue. It has to be Scott tissue, the others just don't do.

I ONLY buy Koegel's Viennas.

The company is regional so when I moved to Tennessee I couldn't get them.

It was AWFUL!!!

Macaroni and Cheese.....I only buy Velveeta Shells and Cheese.
