I neither lead nor follow. I just stay out of the way of all the idiots who think they know what they are doing.

I do my own thing. If some one wants to follow, that's great. I get distracted easily, so follow at your own risk.

Depends upon the situation. Mostly I am independent and leader type but if other people are competant and just as capable why not let them lead? I try not to be aggressive and a take over person but more go with the flow but of course the flow has to be reasonable! LOL

leader. work, school, life in general, i've always stepped up to take charge when necessary but i'm not one of those people who tries to boss everyone around constantly. they need to grow up and get over their insecurities.

i think it's interesting to see people who MUST be led and tended. they just sort of freeze up or beg for instructions when they hit a speedbump. i actually prefer to lead other leaders so that they can handle their part of a project and make some judgment calls on their own within reason. sometimes that means my leadership gets challenged. hey i don't mind some competition.
