leader. work, school, life in general, i've always stepped up to take charge when necessary but i'm not one of those people who tries to boss everyone around constantly. they need to grow up and get over their insecurities. i think it's interesting to see people who MUST be led and tended. they just sort of freeze up or beg for instructions when they hit a speedbump. i actually prefer to lead other leaders so that they can handle their part of a project and make some judgment calls on their own within reason. sometimes that means my leadership gets challenged. hey i don't mind some competition. When it is something that I need to follow then I will but at times will take the lead. Or actually go off on my own path I prefer to do my own thing the way I want it done or the best way that I see it should be done.
As far as following the in crowd so to speak naw does not happen I've never been one to do things just cause others are.

neither. i don't particularly care for the wide paved highways everybody else follows. i like my own little footpath through the woods. there's more scenery and more shade, sometimes a cool waterfall with swimming hole. if someone wants to follow me, that's cool. i just don't wanna be held responsible for sprained ankles over roots and bug bites along the way. it is an adventerous path. there are risks. but the further you go, the more cool stuff you experience that you just don't get to by traveling along the highways.
