I mean I get men who show an intrest I reply back and then nothing. What the hell is up with that? He found someone easier than you honey....as soon as she turns psycho, he'll give you another try. Its a classic loser red flag

Are we to assume that by " showing interest " that the guy has emailed you first???
If so, then what you said about saying " something nice. No more, no less " would be one of the reasons they don't continue to correspond. By just saying something " nice ", you let them know that you really aren't all that interested in talking to them. They, therefore, figure " Why bother? " What I take from your posts in this thread ( and I totally admit that I could very well be mistaken ) is that you have yet to find someone who really interests you, so you respond to emails with general niceties. If a guy is interested enough in what VERY little info you have on your profile to take a shot and send the first email, and you don't respond as if interested in him, he's not going to continue emailing you. Or. at least, I wouldn't. |
