i was just reading that the FDA just banned them for sale in America (bastardes)

they are a nicotine delivery system without the need for burning a weed to get it. 99.9% of the harmful effects of smoking come from the burning of the weed not from the nicotine

i distinctly remember your trying one but, for the life of me, i can't recall where we were. i thought it was in niagara falls, new york but i guess it must have been in canada then huh?

if you really liked it, i can certainly buy the kit here for you and either ship it, or bring it along in my luggage for you.

~~~~~~
i think the sales person told us it was about $100 for the start up kit by the way for anyone who's interested.
I just bought this starter kit for my mum, was £46 including postage. So about $80 can get you started.
they are saying that there haven't been enough studies to prove that they are safe
I think that translates into not enough money spent to the FDA
and the FSC (Fire Safety Compliant) cigarettes DO taste like crap and I can't keep the damn things lit. I put a smoke down long enough to post and I have to relight it
but the Dept of Transportation is saying that grass fires along the highway are down 60% because of em
I say who cares whether they are actually safe or not. From what i can see they MUST be a lot safer than a real cigarette even if they are still prone to giving you cancer.
but thats just it. they arent
the cancer comes from the tar and the carcinogens that are produced from the burning
nicotine isnt a carcinogen. its just a stimulant
I'm gonna get papersmile to get me one in Canadia I think
she REALLY would like for me to not smoke. something about being me around when she is old
i don't know about not smoking entirely.
i think you look awfully sexy puffing on your pipe, and i love the smell of the black cherry tobacco on your jacket when i snuggle close.
So THAT'S why my Marlboro's have always been going out lately! I was wondering, "WTF??"
yea....and it's annoying as hell. I found out about 4 months ago...half to re-light constantly...maybe it's time to quit for real.
So apart could become addicted to nicotine through smoking them, there is no obvious negative side-effects? (and most people using them would already be addicted anyway)
I am wondering if they could be used to get a THC hit without smoking a joint as well?
